We offer non-asbestos gasket paper materials produced from pressed cellulose fibres or reinforced fibres and nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). These products are mainly applied in motor-automotive industry for production of cylinder head gaskets, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, engine gaskets, for sealing of carburettors, gear boxes, oil pans, camshafts etc., in machine-building industry, for oil/fuel pumps, water pumps, chemical pumps and pipelines. Our products are used as well as an insulating material in electric machines.
We offer them in different thicknesses, mainly 0,4 – 1,5 mm, in rolls width 1,20 m (ROT-1510 and ROT-15) and 1,22 m (ROT-2025) and length 30 to 180 ml or in sheets width as above and length 1,00; 1,20; 1,50 m. Other thicknesses and lengths are available on customers` requests. According to their demands our materials could be additionally covered by graphite, Teflon (PTFE) or anti-stick coating.
